WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO PRINT YOUR ARTWORK?
All my fine art prints (also known as giclee prints) are printed on professional archival quality paper. I choose varying paper qualities depending on what I think will best suite the specific artwork I am reproducing. I use a professional printing service to produce all of my prints, ensuring accurate color and sharp detail.
WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR MY GICLEE PRINT TO SHIP?
In order to prevent excess waste and deadstock, your prints are made to order rather than keeping a bunch of stock on hand. Once I receive your order, I send the request to my printer and wait patiently for the finished product to arrive in my studio. I then inspect the print before sending it off to you. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive your print for inspection.
HOW WILL MY ARTWORK BE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED?
All artwork orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely to their new home. Each piece is sealed in an acid-free cellophane bag to prevent water damage. They are then packaged in a rigid shipping envelope to make extra sure that your order arrives unbent. All of the cardboard and boxes/envelopes I utilize are made from 100% recycled materials, and are biodegradable.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes I do! I ship pretty much anywhere you can think of. My default shipping method at checkout is USPS international, but if you would prefer to use a different shipping provider (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc) please email me after you place your order and I can change the carrier. Also depending on the delivery address, I may change the carrier (USPS international is not trackable to all locations). I will ship your order using a delivery method that is the same cost as what you paid at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I am happy to accept returns or exchanges of giclee prints. Please email me to initiate a return/exchange within 10 days of order delivery - I will email you full return instructions. The item must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or exchanges of any original artwork, hand painted cards, or custom work.
WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM WORK?
Exact timelines depend on the scope of the project and what other projects I have on my to-do list, but on average it takes about 3-4 weeks from design consultation to completion. To get an exact quote, please email me with your project details.
